1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Memories on Cloud application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. The Service
Memories on Cloud provides an Android application that allows you to back up, store, view, and manage your photos and videos on our cloud infrastructure. Some features may require a free account and/or an active internet connection.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support-moc@kl-imagine.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your Content
You retain full ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant Memories on Cloud a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell, share, or use Your Content for advertising.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to upload content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or that violates the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or applicable law.
6. Storage and Plans
The App may include a free storage tier and optional paid plans for additional storage. Any paid plans are billed through Google Play and governed by Google's terms in addition to ours. Storage limits and pricing may change; we will provide reasonable notice before material changes.
7. Service Availability
We work hard to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Backups depend on your device settings, network availability, and other factors outside our control. You are responsible for keeping local copies of important content.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by emailing support-moc@kl-imagine.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memories on Cloud disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memories on Cloud will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising out of your use of the App.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, notify you in the App.
